Job Description

Title: Audio Validation Engineer

Location: Sunnyvale CA (100% onsite)

Exp: 6 15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Audio Validation Engineer to join our product development support team. The successful candidate will work closely with our tier 1 customer in the NPI phase validating wearable products incorporating leadingedge technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Design develop and execute audio validation tests for wearable consumer products.
  • Automation: Create automation processes for audio validation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues report defects and propose regression tests to discover recurrences.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate audio validation into the product development process.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in electrical engineering Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in audio validation or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience in audio analyzing setups such as Audacity Soundcheck Acqua etc.
  • Knowledge of signal processing embedded systems and Android debugging.
  • Skilled in utilizing programming languages (e.g. Python Matlab) to develop and implement audio signal processing applications.
