Accounts Payable
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a globally renowned law firm with over 500 attorneys and 1000 employees. We are assisting them in their search for a qualified Accounts Payable Specialist.You willmanage invoices expense reports credit card statements payments reconciliations and inquiries. The role involves collaborating with the Finance team departments and vendors to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Process vendor invoices expense reimbursements rush payments and pastdue followups.
- Manage payment schedules deposit accounts recurring payments and approvals.
- Maintain accurate vendor profiles send welcome packets track W9s and support 1099 reporting.
- Coordinate with thirdparty payment processors for vendor setup updates and electronic payments.
- Upload expenses to Aderant resolve errors and address foreign invoice issues.
- Reconcile credit cards prepare journal entries and address staledated checks.
- Provide guidance on coding policies and systems; back up team members as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Collaborate effectively with all levels of staff independently and in teams.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion with stakeholders and sensitive information.
- Communicate clearly to manage escalations and resolve issues.
- Demonstrate sound judgment adaptability and calm under pressure in fastpaced environments.
- Prioritize tasks ensure accuracy and follow through on solutions.
- Exhibit flexibility diplomacy and teamwork to support evolving business needs.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Salary: $60000 $87000
