- As a premaster in engineering you will support our development engineers of pressure and magnet sensors which are in latest sample stage rampup or in mass production;. An important part of this work is continuous improvement of our sensor performance and production processes through regular data evaluation characterization/qualification and failure analysis
- In addition you will support and assist changes that are required for continuous improvement process or required by the customers
- You work in close cooperation with different departments of Bosch Sensortec GmbH as well as Robert Bosch GmbH: e.g. assembly and connection technology ASIC design sensor element design and technology development.
- By the end of the program you will be able to take responsibility for work packages in the areas mentioned above drive them independently and present achievements within the organization
Qualifications :
- Personality: Commitment and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment as well as good technical comprehension combined with communication and team player skills; Interest in electronics and sensors
- Working Style: Structured analytical and target oriented team player with crosscultural competence; strong communication and presentation skills to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience: First Knowledge in sensors (MEMS) data analysis (Matlab Python) and programming; first experience in project management is a plus
- Languages: English (full professional proficiency)
- Education: Excellent bachelors degree in electrical engineering Microsystems technology Physics Materials Science Computer Science or other related engineering fields

The Bosch PreMaster Program (Gap Year Program) is a twostage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelors degrees who want to complete a Masters degree. After the Bachelors degree the first phase provides up to 12 months practical experience for familiarization with technical and business interrelationships. The second phase comprises the Masters course and includes additional events and seminars as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
