Remote PartTime
Are you a creative and resultsdriven Marketing Specialist with a knack for design social media and digital campaigns The Firm EXP a rapidly growing legal services company is seeking a dynamic marketer to help expand our brand engage our audience and drive growth.
What You ll Do:
- Social Media Management Plan create and schedule content across platforms (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook etc.)
- Graphic Design & Branding Develop compelling visuals for marketing campaigns presentations and social media using Canva Adobe Suite or similar tools
- Email Marketing Build and execute email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot
- Presentation Design Craft engaging PowerPoint decks for client proposals and internal reports
- Content Creation Write engaging copy for social media email campaigns blogs and ads
- Campaign Analytics Track and report on marketing performance to optimize strategies
- Website & SEO Collaborate on website updates and implement basic SEO best practices
What We re Looking For:
2 years of experience in marketing design or a related field
Strong skills in graphic design and content creation
Experience with email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools
Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design
Knowledge of SEO digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics Meta Ads etc.) is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
A creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency

Requirements :
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing and/or graphic design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and proficiency.
- Experience designing for the legal or professional services industry is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of typography color theory and layout principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing practices and the ability to design for both print and digital media.
