Here is the JD of a Tech lead we are looking for leading offshore team.
Develop and implement highquality ecommerce solutions based on SAP Commerce Cloud platform (Hybris) within crossfunctional Scrum teams.
Demonstrate expertise in SAP Hybris/Commerce Cloud including B2C and/or B2B accelerators
Java 17 or advanced versions Spring Framework (Core MVC)
Rest and SOAP web services OCC (Web Services) Design Patterns Product catalog design and Content management.
Analyzing customer requirements and creating technical specifications to generate business value.
Implementation of functional and nonfunctional requirements into viable designs.
Conception and implementation of customerspecific solutions and integrations.
Ensuring technical quality through code reviews automated testing and thorough documentation.
Active participation in Story grooming capacity planning and including effort estimates and risk analysis.
Leadership and expertise in working with offshore/onsite teams taking on a leading role.
Contribution to the further development of SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris practice through knowledge exchange and coaching of colleagues.
Familiarity with SAP Hybris/Commerce Cloud 2211and/or 2105 versions and relevant certifications is a plus.
Strong communication skills in both English.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative global team environment.
10 years of experience working with SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud).
