Job Description
Hiring Immediately Automotive Technician. Up to $3000 sign on bonus available based on experience.
We are seeking an Automotive Technician for our client in Monroe County PA. Our sales are on the rise. Join our team and have an abundance of work right out of the gate! Our shop is not cutthroat. We will not pressure you to focus on speed at the expense of quality. We would rather have you take your time to get the job done right for the customer. REQUIREMENTS
Previous automotive experience PA inspection and emissions license and valid Drivers license is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of high quality work with a focus on fixed right the first time. We are looking for someone who works hard communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential not just a job.

- Inspect and review customer vehicles and suggest all needed repairs and maintenance.

- Assist other team members with diagnosis and repair as requested.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus At least one year in a dealership sales management position. Professional personal appearance Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations At least two years experience in a dealership sales environment. Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people. Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors Must be able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends
