In your new role as Full Time Scrum Master you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating Scrum Processes: Ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles. This includes organizing and facilitating daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Removing Obstacles: Identifying and removing any impediments that might hinder the teams progress. This could involve resolving technical issues addressing team dynamics or coordinating with other departments.
- Coaching the Team: Providing guidance and support to the team helping them to improve their processes and practices. Ensuring that the team understands and follows Agile principles.
- Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a bridge between the various teams and the migration team ensuring clear communication and that stakeholders requirements are understood and prioritized.
- Ensuring Quality: Helping the team maintain high standards of quality throughout the data migration process. This includes ensuring that data integrity is maintained and that the migration meets all necessary compliance and regulatory standards.
- Supporting the Product Owner (Data Domain Responsible): Assisting the DDR in managing the backlog and ensuring that the team is working on the highest priority tasks.
- Facilitating Collaboration: Encouraging collaboration within the team and with other teams involved in the migration project. This is crucial for ensuring that all aspects of the migration are covered and that the project progresses smoothly.
What do I bring with me
- Relevant experience of 4 years in a Scrum Master role preferably in data migration projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelors degree in computer science IT or a related field.
- Highly selfmotivated and able to work independently.
- Flexibility to work with people in different time zones e.g. Europe
