- As a member of the Global HR Management team and reporting directly to the CHRO you are a strong partner & thought leader not only in your area of expertise but also on HR leadership in general.
- Lead the global talent acquisition function ensuring alignment across different markets in a matrix structure where all recruiters report to the local Heads of HR.
- Modernize and automate the candidate journey creating a seamless engaging and efficient process using Workday Recruitment as our ATS.
- Establish standardized processes KPIs and best practices to ensureconsistency efficiency and qualityacross all regions.
- Oversee the recruitment of approximately20000 employees per yearacross retail corporate and supply chain functions and enhance our proactive talent acquisition approach through robust talent pool strategies.
- Lead theInternational Recruitment Optimization Project () integrating advanced assessment tools like Equalture and Paradox.
- Develop and manage aRecruitment KPI Dashboardto track performance and optimize hiring strategies.
- Optimize ourglobal employer branding strategy positioning Rituals as an employer of choice.
- Work closely with senior leadership regional HR teams and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Supporthypergrowth expansioninto new European markets andfuture growth in Asia.
- Directly manage a team of7 direct reportsand approximately30 dottedline reportsworldwide.
Qualifications :
High on energy low on ego and with a lot ofhumor. Youre a strong team player adjusting naturally to changing situations and looking for opportunities to collaborate where possible. You are:
- Aseasoned talent acquisition leaderwith at least 1015 years experiencein a highvolume multisite recruitment environment in Europe within a (retail) customerfacing industry.
- Agamechangerwith avisionary mindset ready to innovate and elevate recruitment at Rituals.
- A strongproject managerwith expertise in recruitment transformation projects.
- An expert inrecruitment automation ATS implementation (Workday) and assessment tooling.
- A strategic leader withexcellent stakeholder management skillsand the ability to influence at all levels. Handson & Pragmatic; you roll up your sleeves lead by example and bring apragmatic approachto solving challenges.
- Passionate aboutemployee experience employer branding and datadriven recruitment.
- Experienced in managinghypergrowth hiringin global organizations.
- Fun downtoearth and not taking life too seriously but taking recruitment very seriously!
