Job Description
Requirement description :
- 2 years of Experience Required
- General Ultrasound and Vascular proficiency (do not need to be vascular registered) Required
- ARDMS and BLS (AHA) Required
- ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- License/Certifications (ARRT & BLS (AHA))
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 100mile radius restriction)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ARDMS
- BLS (AHA)
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : 2 Saturdays a Month
On Call Requirements : Required
