JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Product Designer to join our creative team. As a UX product design intern at OSOS Pvt Ltd you will have the opportunity to build and develop exciting products and features for our platform. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior design principles and the ability to create seamless product features and design visually appealing interfaces in collaboration with the information architecture and policy.
You will collaborate closely with our marketing and development team to develop seamless user experiences and work on providing our users with a beneficial networking experience.

Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
Running the entire distance from idea generation & research to wireframing prototyping testing and implementation. They key is to demonstrate a problemsolving mindset embracing an iterative design process that involves continuous improvement and adaptation based on user feedback and evolving project requirements.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes prototypes and user flows to conceptualize and communicate design concepts. These prototypes serve as a basis for testing and iterations before final product development.
UI Design: Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces by applying design principles leveraging typography color theory iconography and other design elements to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment between design business objectives and technical feasibility. Effective communication and collaboration skills are crucial for success.
Usability Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on designs and iterate based on user insights. This process ensures that the final product meets user needs and expectations.
Design System Maintenance: Contribute to and maintain a design system or style guide that ensures consistency and scalability across different products and platforms.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in UI/UX design. Apply this knowledge to improve the design process and the final product.
Researching the requirements of the target audience actively and simplifying complex user flows and interactions that are scalable as the products evolve.
