Job Description

1.Client Relationship Management

Develop and manage client relationships by building a strong customer and broker base.

Initiate and nurture relationships in target clusters positioning our products such as Sales Invoice Discounting and Purchase Invoice Discounting to meet client needs.

2. Business Development

Generate leads through effective prospecting and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

Travel within the local area to identify and acquire new customers from the open market.

3. Sales Execution

Conduct sales presentations negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Prepare tailored sales proposals and present them to prospective clients to secure business.

.4.Smooth Loan Disbursal Process

Understand the lending process thoroughly to align borrowers and ensure a seamless path to loan disbursals meeting clients financial needs efficiently.

Candidates Profile :

Experience : 5 Years i

  • Proven experience in Agri sales ideally in financial services or lending products.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills with a customerfocused approach.
  • Ability to work independently travel locally and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills
