Job Description
EVENT ORGANIZATION
In this role youll be responsible for creating and organizing gaming and esports events while supporting the development and execution of a longterm strategy to strengthen Red Bulls presence in the gaming sector. Youll negotiate contracts and agreements including performance goals and branding guidelines and work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment with Red Bulls global brand standards. Additionally youll collaborate with the Gaming Player and Publisher teams to seamlessly integrate events into the broader strategy.
INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
In this role youll maintain regular communication with international colleagues to track local events and upcoming projects and competitions while leading coordination efforts for all gaming events across your region. Youll assist in business planning for Red Bull markets alongside the Head of Gaming Event Marketing and take the lead on your own Red Bull Gaming Event project in 2025. Additionally youll be responsible for developing new Red Bull Gaming Event concepts for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the gaming/esports industry
Experience in collaborating with event organizers in the gaming sector
Exceptional English skills (spoken and written willingness to improve on demand)
Track record of actual execution of events
Strong network in the gaming/esports industry
Outstanding project management skills
Communication skills and negotiation skills
Organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
Experience with various PC console and mobile games
We are looking for an active gamer with a real understanding of the overall gaming industry and most competitive games (League of Legends Valorant Fighting Games CS Dota 2 Age of Empires II)
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2.807 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
