Job Description
API Workflow and Data team provides framework workflow integration data management and IoT solutions using worldleading technologies and standards in IFS Applications. The software engineering R&D team ensures we deliver the intended value on time with the right quality resulting in great customer adoption and high customer satisfaction.
We are in the process of looking for a talented Senior Quality Assurance Engineer who is passionate about the software quality of large enterprise applications and finding creative solutions to automate complex test scenarios. We are practicing ultramodern testing approaches that enable shiftleft transformation while following the concept of the Test Pyramid. Candidates are expected to have a good knowledge of the software development life cycle and get excited by the opportunity to learn and grow.
As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer/Quality Assurance Lead you are expected to:
- Review requirements & specifications.
- Ensure the quality of software components delivered.
- Write test cases review test cases create test strategies & plans and execution of them.
- Guide developers to improve unit tests and integration tests.
- Quality process compliance with shift left quality principles.
- Engage with requirement owners and liaise with internal stakeholders.
- Create automated tests for functional and nonfunctional testing.
- Take the lead on Quality assurance tasks within teams.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience designing developing maintaining and executing manual and automated testing solutions.
- 2 years of experience in fulltime test automation (experience in RestAssured Cypress io Katalon and Apache JMeter is preferred).
- Proven ability to work with enterprisescale applications.
- Strong grasp of QA processes best practices testing techniques and methodologies.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different technologies/work environments.
- Handson experience in using Test Management tools like JIRA.
- Experience in using CI/CD tools would be an added advantage
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
