Job Description
Do you have horticultural experience and enjoy working outdoors
We are looking for enthusiastic gardeners to join our rapidly expanding company as fulltime team members. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of plants and have practical handson experience in horticulture encompassing tasks such as weeding pruning planting shaping shrubs and general plant and lawn maintenance.
The role requires physical fitness as the role is handson and includes carrying out multiple gardening tasks. Candidates must demonstrate proficient navigation skills and punctuality when travelling between various clients within our service area.
You will collaborate directly with our residential clients tending to enhancing and nurturing their outdoor spaces. Effective communication with clients and delivering work to a high standard are imperative.
Our company utilises technology in gardening operations; therefore regular use of smartphones and online software is required.
This role offers opportunities to enhance gardening skills tackle realworld garden challenges daily explore diverse garden types and work outdoors in all weather.

Requirements
We do not require you to drive a vehicle. Cycling walking and use of public transport is encouraged and possible within our service area (Covering SE3 SE4 SE6 SE13 SE23 and SE12).
