Requirements
1. 0.34 years of experience in a relevant field.
2. Proficient in written and verbal communication with excellent presentation skills.
3. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
4. A focus on initiative accountability and time management.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
7. Working knowledge of theoretical HR functions and consulting domain excluding recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Consulting
Partner with clients to analyze their current HR practices and identify areas for improvement.
Develop customized HR strategies and systems that align with the clients business goals and growth plans for example learning and development talent journeys HR campaigns process optimisation employee experience engagement and more .
Conduct primary and secondary research to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Design and implement innovative HR solutions and content strategy including workshops employee engagement programs employer branding and learning & development initiatives.
Manage project lifecycles ensuring efficient and effective delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
Client Management & Growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing ongoing support and exceeding expectations.
Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to secure new clients.
Draft clear and concise client communication including emails and reports.
HR Product Development(NOT RECRUITMENT)
Collaborate with internal teams to create cuttingedge HR products and service offerings that address
market needs and client challenges.
Ensure new products and services are scalable and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
