As a Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Lead & managing your assigned Department
- Supporting operational excellence quality and efficiency through analysis of logistics processes and management of workflows
- Responsible for your assigned Departments SOPs and daily tasks in order to achieve customer satisfaction
- Responsible to conduct inventory counts
- Identify risks and issues in daily Department team and support resolving identified risks issues and followup.
- Daily Reporting

- Good understanding of warehouse operations and proven experience in leading & coaching a team
