Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet project timelines and customer requirements.
- Monitor daily production progress and adjust plans to ensure ontime delivery.
- Optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization of manpower machinery and materials.

Inventory & Material Management:
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure costeffective stock management.

Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Use data analytics to monitor and improve production efficiency and quality standards.

Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of PPC Engineers and coordinators.
- Drive accountability and foster a culture of excellence within the department.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with Production Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with customers for delivery schedules and feedback management.

Reporting:
- Prepare and present detailed reports on production performance KPIs and planning effectiveness to senior management.
- Technical Expertise: Indepth knowledge of Aluminium Formwork fabrication processes.
- Planning Tools: Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and decisionmaking abilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams effectively.
- Process Improvement: Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in PPC with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in the Aluminium Formwork industry is highly preferred.
