Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Remote (MST Time Zones)
Salary Range: Up to $3500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our financial operations team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for completing financial tasks on a timely basis assisting in decisionmaking regarding financial strategies and ensuring all financial records are accurate and uptodate. This role will be crucial in helping the company meet its financial reporting deadlines and drive key financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete financial tasks and reporting by the 7th of every month.
- Assist in making financial decisions and providing insight into the financial direction of the company.
- Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
- Use Google Workspaces and Microsoft platforms to manage financial documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all monthend financial processes.
- Proactively forecast financial trends and provide insights for business strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Google Workspaces and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a track record of errorfree financial documentation.
- Ability to meet monthly financial deadlines consistently.
- Proven experience in financial forecasting and analysis.
- Previous experience in a senior accounting role ideally within industries similar to the companys field.
