Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Richmond VA (Hybrid 3 days a week)
Duration: 8 Months
Years of Experience: 12 Yrs.
Required Hours/Week: 40hrs./Week
Notes:
- Need Only Locals to VA
- Candidate must have experience working in data management as an analyst
Main Skills:
- (CDMP/CSPO/CBAP) with BRD PM RTM Scrum MS Project Server/Visio TFS and Agile experience
Skills:
- Delivering business and systems analysis artifacts such as Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) Required 10 Years
- Experience with enterprise data management data analysis and data lifecycle Required 5 Years
- Agile Business Analyst strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology Required 5 Years
Qualifications Required:
- The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience delivering business data analysis artifacts
- 5 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology
- Experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs
- Experience translating client and product strategy requirements into dataset requirements and user stories
- Proficient with defining acceptance criteria and managing acceptance process
- Experience with enterprise data management
- Expertise with Microsoft Office products (Word Excel Access Outlook Visio PowerPoint Project Server)
- Experience with reporting systems operational data stores data warehouses data lakes data marts
- The candidate must have exceptional written and oral communications skills and have the proven ability to work well with a diverse set of peers and customers
Preferred:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certification
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
- Experience using Team Foundation Server and work item tracking
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete.
