What are the primary responsibilities in the CEO position
- Lead directly and through delegation all aspects of companys operations.
- Develop and lead organizational structure enhancing and positively impacting the current highperformance management team.
- Foster a collaborative resultsoriented workforce that engages Rincons customers and anticipates each customers future needs.
- Develop communicate evolve and lead Companys vision and mission to achieve growth objectives established by the Board of Directors.
- Align Companys strategy to current potential and emerging customers to go after new and challenging mission areas.
- Ensure regular inperson engagement with key customers and executive corporate partners to understand their needs while improving existing and building new strategic relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical operating plans on an annual basis.
- Analyze operating results versus plans applying executive leadership and direction to achieve corporate objectives.
- Ensure major decisions commitments and contracts are consistent with the approved operating budget and capital plans; or as necessary engage with the Board to revise the approved plans.
- Develop standards of performance for corporate operation with regular performance reviews to ensure standards are met and specifically evaluate executive performance for compliance with the established company policies and objectives.
- Establish execute monitor and modify as needed: policies procedures and practices to ensure the company meets its obligations to employees customers stockholders and the Government.
- Maintain a strong collaborative working relationship with the Board of Directors informing the Board in a timely manner of any significant topic involving the company.
What required background will make you successful
- Bachelors Degree or higher required.
- Minimum of 15 years experience including leadership and management within an organization that supports the IC DoD or related customers.
- Demonstrated track record of financial success in an organization of $50M in revenue.
- Proven success at leveraging managing and growing executive relationships with industry partners prime contractors and senior Government officials.
- Strong communication skills with highly technical individuals and seniorlevel corporate decisionmakers.
- Ability to influence and garner support for new ideas with diverse groups of internal and external personnel.
- Maintain a calm professional demeanor in stressful situations giving personnel a confidence in their leadership.
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance.
Preferred skills:
- Advanced degree in either engineering computer science mathematics or physics.
- Advanced degree in a business discipline; MBA preferred.
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standards Government Contract Accounting standards (FAR DFARS DCAA) and the application of these standards to the business.
- Experience as a technical contributor on DoD or IC programs.
- Familiarity with Federal state and municipality regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated experience managing or working within an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) structure with a solid understanding of ESOP governance employee ownership principles and strategies to maximize both financial performance and employee engagement within an ESOP framework
