Job Description

Job Specifics

Collaboration with design departments and supervisors
Set clear goals & expectations
Resolve customer concerns as needed
Provide coaching & counseling
Manage all company standards/procedures

Skills & Knowledge

Execute plans of electrical wiring in all aspects of a project
Ability to install apparatus fixtures alarm equipment & other systems
Installation of safety & distribution components
Prevent breakdown of systems
Effectively perform troubleshooting
Ability to work at peak performance with little to no supervision

Requirements

Prior commercial electrical project management experience; MUST have 3 years minimum
Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical
Ability to read/understand electrical blueprints/drawings
Proven track record of developing people and driving business
