Analyzing quality problems and provide technical solutions.
Define preventive quality measures and application of quality measures at Suppliers
Task Force lead e.g. coordination and leading team regular meetings OPL tracking
Support in challenging projects with technical expertise
Qualifications :
University degree in mechanicalelectronic area or related field.
More than 5 years working experiences within technical / manufacturing environment preferable in Automotive Industry.
Project Management.
Dedicated expert teams for Problem Solving methods.
Knowledge of (based on real case) etc. manufacture process Quality tools (8D Method 5xWhy Ishikawa Problem Solving Design and PFMEA. 14 Q Basics 1st and 2nd party process audit experience with potential further development to certified VDA volume 6.3 Lead Process Auditor.
Process competence basic lean & 6 Sigma knowledge preferred material and process knowledge are Key
Competence on digitalization:
Experience on digital tools/platforms for data collection analysis and visualization
Experience in areas such as digital transformation digital marketing ecommerce or digital product development e.g. EV related will be highly valued.
Good language skills in English (writing speaking negotiation) further languages skills are welcome.
