Key Responsibilities: - Insurance Process Expertise (Preferred):
- Apply extensive experience in Property & Casualty insurance processes to analyze and improve workflows.
- Identify operational challenges specific to insurance and develop customized solutions to address them.
- Process Excellence:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of endtoend operational steps to identify inefficiencies and eliminate redundancies.
- Drive and oversee process excellence initiatives creating streamlined workflows to enhance performance.
- Leverage Power BI and data analytics to uncover trends measure outcomes and inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing and refining processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement sustainable improvements that align with business objectives.
- Must have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above.
- Digital Transformation:(Must have 4 years)
- Lead digital transformation efforts to modernize insurance operations and introduce relevant automation solutions.
- Insurance Process Expertise:( Must have 8 years)
- Leverage indepth experience in Property & Casualty insurance OR Life & Annuities processes to understand and analyze workflows.
- Identify pain points specific to insurance operations and develop tailored solutions to address them.
- Process Excellence:
- Evaluate endtoend operational steps critically to uncover inefficiencies and redundancy. (Blackbelt Lean Six Sigma)
- Lead and implement process excellence initiatives to establish streamlined workflows and optimize performance.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Promote a culture of ongoing improvement by assessing and enhancing processes regularly.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure sustainable advancements that align with organizational goals.
- Digital Transformation:
- Champion digital initiatives to modernize insurance operations and introduce automation where applicable.
- Utilize innovative technologies to elevate the efficiency accuracy and customercentricity of processes.
- Strategic Engagement and Articulation:
- Communicate the value of process improvements and efficiencies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Engage in meaningful datadriven conversations to secure buyin for changes and drive alignment on opportunities for transformation.
