Position Overview
Our company is seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to fill the position of South America Sales Manager/Director. This role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence driving sales growth and nurturing relationships across the South American region. The ideal candidate will possess robust sales acumen strong leadership skills and an indepth understanding of the South American market dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the customer base for photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage inverters across South America excluding Brazil.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and projectbased clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and identify business opportunities in the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the inverter industry.
- Indepth knowledge of the South American inverter market (excluding Brazil).
- Established network of distributors and projectbased clients in the region.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
