Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in the daytoday kitchen operations in a 3AA Rosette establishment.
- Prepare and cook highquality dishes following the restaurant's standards and recipes.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff ensuring a high level of performance and teamwork.
- Help manage the kitchen inventory and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with menu planning and the development of new dishes.
- Collaborate with the frontofhouse team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Essential Qualifications:
- No formal educational qualification required.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a highend culinary environment (preferably with a 3AA Rosette standard).
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Experience in a multiawarded or prestigious kitchen.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Salary & Benefits:
- Annual salary between £28000 and £32000 based on experience and skills.
