Job Description

Position: ServiceNow Technical Specialist Junior
Location: Raleigh NC (27610)
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing developing and implementing ServiceNow applications and solutions. This role involves customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage ServiceNow applications and modules including form design and custom scripting.
  • Customize ServiceNow modules for incident change and problem management.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform including scripts and workflows.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and endusers to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Proven ServiceNow experience (3 years)
  • Understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies (3 years)
  • Knowledge of web technologies (XML HTML Java Script AJAX CSS) (3 years)
  • Experience with LDAP directories (Active Directory eDirectory) (3 years)
  • Excellent communication and timemanagement skills (5 years)
