Raj Hans Trading Corporation is seeking a reliable and detailoriented Storekeeping & Dispatching professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in storekeeping and dispatching roles in a warehouse or similar environment. The role involves managing inventory ensuring smooth dispatch of products and maintaining the stores organization.

• Storekeeping:

  • Receive inspect and store materials and products in the warehouse as per company guidelines.
  • Organize the stock in the warehouse for easy access and efficient inventory management.
  • Ensure the store area is clean organized and compliant with safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in periodic stock audits.
  • Record product details including quantities and descriptions using inventory management systems.

• Dispatching:

  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products to customers or clients.
  • Verify orders pick and pack items according to customer specifications and shipping instructions.
  • Prepare dispatch documents including delivery challans and invoices.
  • Coordinate with courier companies and transporters to arrange for deliveries.
  • Handle loading and unloading of goods carefully to avoid damage.

• Stock Management:

  • Monitor and maintain the proper stock levels in the store.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues related to stock and dispatch to the supervisor.
  • Assist in receiving and checking goods delivered to the warehouse.

• Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of stock received dispatched and in hand.
  • Assist in tracking damaged or returned goods and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

• Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure that all goods are handled and stored according to safety regulations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for dispatch and storekeeping.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in storekeeping dispatching or warehouse management.

• Ability to organize and maintain stock in a wellordered manner.

• Familiarity with dispatching processes and inventory systems.

• Proficiency in handling basic office equipment such as computers phones and scanners.

• Male candidates preferred due to operational requirements.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good physical stamina for handling goods and organizing stock.

• Strong attention to detail and a problemsolving attitude.

• Location: Must be willing to work at the companys office in Kathirvedu Puzhal Chennai.
