Job Description
At Funnel Solutions Architects play a crucial role in designing solutions that align with customers business goals. Leveraging the Funnel ecosystem you will balance business and technical requirements to ensure the proposed solution fits the clients architecture and meets their needs. This role focuses primarily on Enterprise clients and involves meeting customers onsite as part of an account team.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design: Create solution architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements including integration with existing systems during both preand postsales stages
Implementation Guidance: Collaborate with Solutions Consultants (SCs) client stakeholders and technical teams to guide the implementation of Funnel and ensure it delivers on customer objectives
Technical Vision: Lead the technical vision and strategy for enterprise clients including risk analysis and mitigation planning
Product Improvement: Identify gaps in the Funnel product or processes and initiate changes in collaboration with commercial and product teams
Complex ProblemSolving: Act as a project lead to address complex use cases for customers
Product Expertise: Develop deep expertise in the Funnel platform
Collaboration & Advocacy Work closely with internal teams (Support Product Sales) to relay feedback drive improvements and ensure customer needs are met

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in technical customerfacing role
Experience working with cloud platforms
Proficiency in a programming language (e.g. Python JavaScript etc.) and SQL
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in business statistics mathematics economics engineering applied science or a related field
Experience in online advertising technology data integration and cloud technologies
Familiarity with trends and business challenges in digital industries
Strong relationshipbuilding stakeholder management and influencing skills
Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills
Fluency in additional European languages (e.g. Spanish German or French)

This role is based in our Stockholm office. At Funnel we embrace an officefirst approach working onsite at least four days a week. While we offer plenty of flexibility for lifes events summer months and holidays we aim to avoid fixed remote workdays.
