Job description
As a Senior Account Executive you will join the Pelico Sales team. Your role will be to open new accounts and drive growth for our company. Your contacts will be Factory Managers and their operational teams (Supply Chain Manager Buisness unit leader VP operations MRO leader Customer service leader...) and you will work closely with our SDR Presales Marketing Product and Customer Operations teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and grow the sales team in the region to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to capture new business and expand existing accounts in North America.
- Drive endtoend sales processes from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals and ensuring successful onboarding of clients.
- Act as the face of Pelico in the region representing the company at industry conferences events and customer meetings.
- Lead negotiations and contracts ensuring Pelicos offerings align with customer needs while maintaining profitability and value.
- Build a continuous pipeline of candidates with a strong hiring strategy and methodology.
Your Path to Success
- Build and maintain relationships with Clevel executives and key decisionmakers in prospective and existing client organizations.
- Build a robust sales pipeline and forecast revenue growth with accuracy and transparency.
- Monitor key sales metrics analyze performance data and make strategic adjustments to achieve targets.
