Job Description
Job Title: Cybersecurity Engineer
Location: Columbus IN
Job Description:
- Lead cyber security activities in compliance with ISO 21434
- Lead/Support Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) in collaboration with other functional engineers
- Support Security Requirement development Security Requirement review and work closely with functional
- engineers to ensure the execution of these requirements
- Guide software engineers in vulnerability analysis and support tracking cyber security implementation issues based on the vulnerability analysis
- Support verification engineer in security verification test
- Support penetration testing activities and its vulnerability management
- Guide and support the incident response team
- Participate in ISO 21434 WP Reviews
Requirements:
- Understanding of Design and Application of Mechatronics Systems (electronic hardware and interconnections that measure and control systems)
- CAN bus systems and their application in vehicle communication networks
- Programming for embedded devices mainly C and C.
- Automotive embedded framework experience is a plus (AUTOSAR)
- Understanding of Vehicle dynamics electronic systems anddata communication between ECUs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with vehicle data collection
- Knowledge of ISO 21434 and/or UNECE WP.29 R155 regulation
- Working knowledge of cyber security analysis and engineering tools
- Experience with cyber security in embedded systems
- Good to have experience with functional safety in embedded system
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C C Python or MATLAB
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
