Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect Power Platform to lead the design development and governance of Power Platform solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and Dataverse and handson coding abilities. You will mentor junior developers guide best practices and ensure scalable enterprisegrade implementations. This is an onsite position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • EndtoEnd Development: Architect and help develop solutions across the Power Platform ecosystem ensuring scalability security and performance.
  • Coding & Technical Leadership: Review code while mentoring developers new to the platform.
  • Solution Design & Governance: Define best practices governance models and frameworks for Power Platform implementations.
  • Licensing & Connectors Strategy: Recommend appropriate licensing and connector usage based on business needs.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with crossfunctional teams guiding multiple contractors and internal teams.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to enterprise security and compliance policies within the Power Platform.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven Expertise: Seniorlevel Power Platform developer with experience as a solution architect.
  • Strong Coding Skills: Ability to code and troubleshoot solutions in real time.
  • Mentorship Mindset: Comfortable coaching and guiding less experienced team members.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Deep understanding of governance licensing and security models for Power Platform.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in manufacturing or plant environments is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and participate in teambuilding efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OPWiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
