Job Description

- Lead the development and implementation of highquality software solutions using Node.js primarily with decent experience in React Js PostgreSQL and AWS.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and deliver scalable and reliable applications.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and implementing automated testing.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects including technical specifications and user guides.
- Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our development processes.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
