Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect.
Location: Austin Texas (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Required Qualifications:- Proven experience designing and delivering healthy Salesforce implementations for enterprisegrade customers using Salesforce products.
- Expertise in designing organizational strategy and data models for multiple Salesforce implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to design technical solutions for identity and access implement data and process integrations and account for large data volumes and data privacy needs.
- Comprehensive experience in all technical aspects of Salesforce.com programs including data migrations data quality systems integrations thirdparty applications AppExchange products and custom development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce implementation and development including expertise in writing Apex programming.
- Strong experience in developing Visualforce pages Apex triggers Aura Components and Lightning Web Components. Familiarity with nocode solutions such as Flows.
- Experience with release management source control and deployment technologies such as CI/CD pipelines Metadata API and integration services.
- Expertise in crosscloud Salesforce implementations integrated with other cloud and onpremises systems.
- Solid understanding of architectural principles of cloudbased platforms including SaaS PaaS multitenancy multitiered infrastructure integration patterns and application servers.
- Strong knowledge of humancentric user experience and software design principles.
- Deep familiarity with the Salesforce WellArchitected Framework.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or other advanced Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Experience working with government or highly regulated industry clients.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Handson experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools like Gearset Copado or Jenkins.
- Expertise in Salesforce Analytics Einstein AI and Tableau CRM.
- Experience in conducting architectural assessments and developing enterprise blueprints for Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients adhering to best practices and architectural standards.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture blueprints and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Manage endtoend technical delivery including data migrations system integrations and custom development.
- Lead development efforts on Apex Visualforce Aura Components and Lightning Web Components while utilizing nocode solutions such as Flows.
- Ensure the stability and scalability of Salesforce releases by managing CI/CD pipelines source control and deployment processes.
- Integrate Salesforce solutions with other cloud and onpremises systems ensuring secure and efficient data flow.
- Maintain a userfocused approach to solution design ensuring alignment with humancentric UX principles.
- Drive adherence to Salesforce WellArchitected Framework to optimize system performance and maintainability.
- Provide guidance to development teams on architectural best practices and technical problemsolving.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform innovations and emerging trends to recommend enhancements.
