Key Responsibilities:
Supervise messenger/porter staff and allocate workloads effectively
Ensure smooth operation of facility systems (electrical HVAC sprinkler systems etc.)
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
Monitor inventory place orders and coordinate deliveries
Oversee repair and installation activities
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies including local state and federal regulations
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Experience:
o 35 years in facility maintenance (preferred)
o 2 years in management or supervisory roles (preferred)
Certifications:
o G35 (Air Compressor) G60 (Torch Use) C30 (Supervision of Flame/Combustion Operations)
o Hazwoper 8Hour Training (annual)
o Hazardous Waste Management 8Hour Training (annual)
o DOT Hazardous Waste Training (triennial)
