Job Description
Technical Skills Mainframe Utilities REXX VSAM JCL DB2 and COBOL
Lead the development and maintenance of mainframe applications using COBOL JCL and DB2.
Oversee the implementation of Mainframe Utilities and ensure their optimal performance.
Provide technical guidance and support for REXX scripting and VSAM file management.
Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of Medicare & Medicaid Claims processing.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline Claims and Payer processes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for all mainframerelated projects.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Implement best practices for mainframe development and maintenance.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Provide training and mentorship to junior developers.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our mainframe systems and processes.
Possess strong experience in Mainframe Utilities REXX VSAM JCL DB2 and COBOL.
Demonstrate expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
Have excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Show proficiency in technical documentation and code review processes.
Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Hold a relevant certification in mainframe technologies or healthcare domain.
