Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and chat to Danishspeaking customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products services orders and general support.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay uptodate with company policies procedures and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Fluent or nativelevel Danish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English as it will be used for internal communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customeroriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools and software.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule:
