Role: Data Conversation Manager
Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid from Day 1)
Duration: Fulltime/ Permanent
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily standups as needed.
- Participate in the meeting and capture feedback.
- Draft data conversion plan
- Schedule deliverable review walkthrough sessions with the State team
- Lead the data conversion team in building data conversion programs
- Facilitate meetings with the stakeholders to plan the conversion tasks activities and timelines
- Share the mockrun data conversion results and data exception findings with the State team
- Discuss data exception findings with the State team and identify the resolution plan and priorities
- Provide a summary of the data conversion results during mock runs to the State team
- Execute data conversion tasks at golive
- Provide regular status updates on data conversion activities and progress
- Submit the data extract specification to the State team
Skills:
- At least 8 years of industry experience.
- Good understanding of SDLC.
- 3 years of Data Conversion experience including strong ETL and XML capabilities and SQL experience
- Experience working with technical products vendors and families of technologies and company software and hardware products
- Good communication skills
Education/Qualification and Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Applications or Information Science
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks
Ability to work with relational databases.
