Job Description
Title: Solution Partner Core Insurance
Location: South Korea
As a Solution Partner Core Insurance you will act as a trusted advisor with an executive presence engaging with customers in the insurance industry at the CSuite level to drive business growth in South Korea.
- Identify strategic opportunities within core insurance solutions and drive incremental business value.
- Understand customer business drivers and establish buyin across all levels.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to drive effective engagement.
- Collaborate with business specialists to create and close opportunities that expand our platform.
- Work alongside industryleading professionals in a highgrowth environment.
- 12 15 years of experience in delivering innovative solutions within the insurance sector driving transformation and strategic growth.
- Proven software sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong network and relationships with insurance executives in the financial services industry in South Korea.
- Consultative sales approach with handson project experience in the insurance domain.
- Expertise in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Strong business acumen and a solutionselling mindset focused on core insurance solutions.
- Ability to clearly articulate ROI and business impact of proposed solutions.
- Fluency in Korean and English is essential.
