We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team in Modena (Italy). This extracurricular internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining handson experience in both sales and marketing functions within an innovative fintech environment.
Job Description
As a Sales & Marketing Intern you will support both the Sales and Marketing departments contributing to various administrative and research activities. You will assist in maintaining our CRM system preparing client documentation and providing general support to the sales team. Additionally you will collaborate with the marketing team on research projects and market analysis.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare reports of sales calls and meetings.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the sales team.
- Update and manage CRM data using HubSpot ensuring accurate and timely entry of client information.
- Collect documentation for followup emails to clients.
- Assist the marketing team with research and market investigation activities.
- Support the coordination between sales and marketing functions for streamlined communication and project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Economics or currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Interest or knowledge in marketing and commercial activities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with office automation tools (Google Workspace MS Office).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
Preferred Skills and Interests
- Experience with CRM tools particularly HubSpot.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Interest in fintech and innovative technologies.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
