About Us
Consilium Safety Canada part of Consilium Safety Group AB in Sweden is a global leader in safety engineering providing innovative solutions to prevent and minimize risks such as fire water gas chemicals and other hazardous substances in maritime offshore and landbased environments. We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and strengthen our After Sales activities.

About the Role
As a Project Coordinator you will report to the After Sales Manager and play a key role in coordinating service activities managing spare parts logistics and providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global company that values innovation and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor service attendances and support cases for customers.
  • Process customer orders efficiently ensuring ontime delivery and accurate scheduling.
  • Manage spare parts inventory including receiving storage and distribution.
  • Respond to customer inquiries provide accurate quotations and plan service engineer schedules.
  • Process purchase orders and verify supplier order confirmations.
  • Track backorders and maintain accurate records in the companys ERP system.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and ensure accurate shipping/receiving documentation.
  • Prepare packages and documentation for shipping including handling dangerous goods.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a related role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
  • Experience as a Service & Spares Coordinator is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities with sound judgment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Dynamics 365 and Synergy preferred.
  • A collaborative team player who is selfmotivated and capable of working independently.
