• Grant Funding
  We help our clients secure up to EUR 15 million in taxfree nondilutive funding through government grants.
• Debt Fundraising
  We support our clients in raising venture debt by leveraging our network expertise and document preparation services.
• FundedOS
  Our proprietary SaaS solution streamlines all aspects of our consulting services and serves as a standalone platform for clients who prefer a selfservice approach to nondilutive fundraising.

What you can expect at FUNDED

• Venture Capital: As a link between investors and ventures FUNDED helps ventures with one of their biggest challenges: fundraising. We operate at the center of the venture ecosystem cooperating closely with many venture capital funds and debt providers. Our clientele includes some of the most forwardthinking and wellfunded Tech Start and ScaleUps in Germany placing us at the heart of innovation.

• Consulting: Project based we work shouldertoshoulder with the founders of some of the most innovative startups and scaleups in Germany We create added value for our customers through our expertise network and superior operational support for quantitative and qualitative tasks

As a Debt Funding Manager you will work closely with our clients the founder and the entire team to

• take a key role in shaping and developing the companys dedicated debt funding service line from strategy and operational processes to market positioning and client acquisition
• manage and lead the endtoend process for securing debt funding ensuring clients achieve optimal results and access to the most suitable financial instruments
• build and implement customized processes for clients streamlining debt funding applications and maximizing efficiency and success rates
• contribute to the companys growth by leveraging your expertise in debt funding mechanisms financing ecosystems and venture strategies

Requirements

We look for strong proofpoints that you are able to

• Have a proven track record in structuring and managing debt financing solutions with substantial experience in areas such as venture debt corporate lending or similar financial services tailored to highgrowth businesses
• Bring a strong network of debt providers with established partnerships to facilitate tailored financial solutions for clients and expand our service offering
• Possess strong organizational and analytical skills managing multiple highstakes funding projects independently while delivering exceptional results and maintaining attention to detail

Candidates interested in this role should

• Have 3 years of fulltime work experience in relevant sectors directly related to venture debt growth financing or structured financing solutions with proven experience on the debt provider side
• possess a Bachelors/ ideally a Masters or PhD degree from any academic background
• possess fluent German language skills
