Job Description

Dallas/Fort WorthTX Hybrid (3days onsite)
Responsibilities
  • Advocate for the scalable design system foundations that support product expansion at a platform level
  • Ability to share program vision technical roadmap and terminology with business and technical stakeholders
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and outreach via support channels including internal website content
  • Join leadership meetings internal IT conventions (showandtells) and platform team meetings to evangelize the program.
  • Gather data and insights from product teams to aid in strategically planning
  • Align design system to product team initiatives and OKRs
  • Share and Aileron roadmap with Product Management Organization roadmaps and ORK
  • Facilitate Aileron adoption agreements with product teams
  • Champion iterative improvements and updates to the design system based on feedback and data.
Skills Must have
  • Knowledge and understanding of the value of community building around an enterprise asset (such as design systems share data or crossenterprise tools)
  • Social connector ability to identify and form relationships with key influences throughout the organization
  • Strong communication skills ability to write and converse with both technical and business stakeholders Surrounding team/key projects: Reusable Frontend initiative: Migrate existing design system codebase from web components/lit to nativespecific Angular and React
