Position: Waking Nights Carer

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance during the night ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.
- Assist with mobility toileting and any necessary overnight routines.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Respond promptly to any client needs ensuring their wellbeing throughout the night.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided.
What We Are Looking For:
- Compassionate and caring individuals with a desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults.
- Full Driving License and access to your own car.
- Reliable punctual and a great communicator.
- Experience is required for this role ideally complex care experience.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Flexibility to cover various shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
