Waking Nights Carer Stirling

At Home Instead Stirling we are dedicated to providing highquality compassionate care to older adults in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for reliable caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Waking Nights Carers.

Position: Waking Nights Carer
Location: Stirling
Shift Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance during the night ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.
  • Assist with mobility toileting and any necessary overnight routines.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Respond promptly to any client needs ensuring their wellbeing throughout the night.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Compassionate and caring individuals with a desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults.
  • Full Driving License and access to your own car.
  • Reliable punctual and a great communicator.
  • Experience is required for this role ideally complex care experience. 
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Flexibility to cover various shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
