This role will oversee a team of 15 people across key people functions including HR Business Partnering Learning and Development Recruitment and People Operations. Youll have a proven track record in talent management driving a highperformance culture and building impactful teams. As a member of the Executive Committee youll work closely with the executive team to align people initiatives with business goals and foster a culture of engagement innovation and excellence.
