Job Description

Were seeking an experienced and dynamic People Director to lead and drive our people strategy. This role will oversee a team of 15 people across key people functions including HR Business Partnering Learning and Development Recruitment and People Operations. Youll have a proven track record in talent management driving a highperformance culture and building impactful teams. As a member of the Executive Committee youll work closely with the executive team to align people initiatives with business goals and foster a culture of engagement innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

    • Lead and inspire a diverse team of 15 professionals across HR Business Partnering Learning and Development Recruitment and People Operations.
    • Cultivate a highperformance culture by coaching mentoring and developing the leadership capabilities of your team members.
    • Foster a collaborative inclusive and resultsoriented team environment.
    • Set clear goals provide ongoing feedback and drive accountability within the People team.

People Strategy & Culture:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with organisational objectives driving business performance and growth.
    • Champion a highperformance culture ensuring the organisation attracts develops and retains top talent.
    • Promote diversity equity and inclusion across the organisation and embed these principles into all peoplerelated practices.
    • Implement programs that support employee engagement wellbeing and leadership development.
    • Champion best practices in employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.

Talent Management & Development:

    • Lead the talent management strategy ensuring that we identify nurture and grow key talent in alignment with organisational needs.
    • Oversee Learning & Development initiatives to enhance skills capabilities and career growth across all levels of the organisation.
    • Design and implement succession planning programs to prepare highpotential employees for leadership roles.
    • Oversee workforce planning ensuring the right talent is in place to meet business needs and future growth.

Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align people initiatives with the overall business strategy.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on peoplerelated matters providing insights and solutions to drive business performance.
    • Lead organisational design and change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with a strong background in talent management and driving highperformance cultures.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a crossfunctional team across various people functions (HR Business Partnering Recruitment People Operations L&D).
  • Exceptional understanding of HR strategy performance management leadership development and organisational development.
  • Strong ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership teams and other key stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in compensation design including the development and implementation of LongTerm Incentive Plans (LTIPs) with a focus on aligning rewards to business performance and strategic goals.
  • Datadriven with the ability to analyse HR metrics and use insights to drive peoplerelated decisions.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • A track record of driving cultural transformation and leading change initiatives.
