Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to prepare highquality meals for their staffs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning meal preparation and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare Breakfast and Lunch for staffs..
- Shop for fresh ingredients and manage kitchen inventory.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness adhering to food safety standards.
- Coordinate meal schedules and ensure timely service.
- Handle all aspects of kitchen equipment and utensil maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines dietary needs and food allergies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
