Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Present menus take accurate food and beverage orders and offer recommendations when needed.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Set up and clear tables promptly maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Process payments and issue receipts with accuracy.
Address customer inquiries concerns and special requests courteously.
Follow hygiene and safety regulations maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Assist in restocking inventory and preparing for peak service hours.
Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent certification is a plus.
24 years of experience as a waiter in a hotel fine dining restaurant or upscale caf .
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service including menu pairings and presentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
High level of professionalism courtesy and attention to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays when necessary.
Team player with a positive and customercentric attitude.
Education
Degree/diploma in Hotel Management
