Job Description
Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management including performance management financial accounting budgeting and corporate reporting across all four entities. The Finance Manager will also play a key role in implementing best practices to identify and mitigate financial and business risks while ensuring the organization meets its business objectives and financial targets.
- Oversee the organizations financial accounting and corporate reporting functions.
- Act as a business partner to support organizational needs.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives.
- Manage management accounting and budgeting processes.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Drive the integration of information technology within the finance function.
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming finance team fostering a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and strategies.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that support the companys growth and profitability objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree
- More than 4 years of relevant experience
