Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:

WHAT THE HIRING MANAGER IS LOOKING FOR:
- Proven Senior Project Manager / program manager.
- Must be on the West Coast willing to be in Carlsbad Tues Thurs (all day). That might not be every week.
- Able to do the work not just tell someone what to do
- Preferred ** TechnoFunctional who can talk to the BASIS team about what needs to happen in a landscape and also understands a business area.
- Preferred ** S/4 HANA 2021 or higher preferred
- MUST BE ** selfstarter who doesnt wait for direction someone who will make decisions.
- Must work well with other consultants.
- We dont want a pure PM. It has to be a pure PM plus technofunctional lots of seasoning
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage endtoend SAP implementation projects.
- *** Aerospace & Defense industry experience HIGHLY preferred.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts technical leads and endusers.
- Ensure project milestones are met within agreed upon timelines and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress continuously.
- Address potential risks and issues offering effective resolutions.
- Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure deliverables are aligned with business requirements and company standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business IT or a related field.
- Min. 10 years experience in SAP project management
- At least 2 fullcycle SAP implementations.
- SAP certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SAP methodologies and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Travel required ** 3 days/week onsite the first 10 weeks
