Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for an Outpatient Physical Therapist(PT). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Lebanon OR 97355
Assignment Start Date: 1/20/2025
13 weeks Days 8hour shift 40 hours per week guaranteed

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. In addition to acute and swing bed rehab we offer a variety of outpatient services including sports and orthopedic rehab pediatric rehab neurological and stroke rehab balance and dizziness rehab wheelchair seating and neck back and extremity care.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
- Must have at least 1 year of Rehabilitation therapy experience
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- A current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license is required upon submission.
- Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS/BCLS is required.
EMR System: EPIC experience desired
Shift: Daysno weekends
