Meeter & Greeter Full time @Max Mara Flagship Store
As a brand ambassador you will be responsible for cultivating a warm professional relationship with both local and international clients in alignment with the companys values and standards.
You will work closely with the Store Director and the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
The Meeter & Greeter role is essential to the smooth operation of our store.
As a Meeter & Greeter your main responsibilities will include:
- Offering a warm and welcoming experience to every customer;
- Actively listening to clients and providing them with relevant information;
- Gaining indepth knowledge of our readytowear collections to better understand customer needs;
- Recognizing and engaging with our loyal clients;
- Ensuring adherence to the daily schedule and operational flow;
- Maintaining active communication with the team.
Our Meeter & Greeter must greet customers with care warmth and a genuine desire to meet their needs.
As the first point of contact for clients entering the store it is crucial that you provide expert advice and outstanding service from the outset.
Additionally the Meeter & Greeter will manage and optimize customer flow. After warmly welcoming clients you will gather their requests direct them to the appropriate department and quickly inform colleagues of the clients arrival via headset.
You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily schedule of the team to ensure optimal store coverage.
Desired Profile:
The key to success in this role is a balance of skills and personal qualities. We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar position.
Essential qualities for this role include:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and engage customers
- A dynamic enthusiastic and approachable personality
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English (knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus)
- Versatility and strong teamwork skills
